Field Trip FAQ:
*If you currently have a field trip or outing booked, you will receive a reminder two weeks prior to your reserved date.
*Teachers/ Planners/ Organizers: Invoices are sent 1-14 days after your field trip. Our amazing board processes these on a volunteer basis, we appreciate your patience!
Q: What is the typical outline of the day?

Q: What should I bring or tell my students to pack?
A: It changes depending on the weather- so always make sure to double check the forecast a few days prior to the field trip. Click HERE for a detailed list of what to bring.
Q: What are the required waivers and things to fill out before I come?
It is important that you fill out the required participation information form two days prior to the field trip, for insurance purposes.
Please make sure to bring the required Health and Safety Waivers on the day of your field trip booking.
Q: Can I bring my own lifejacket?
If the lifejacket is an approved Transport Canada lifejacket, you are more than welcome to bring it for your personal use.
