Our FUNdamental program introduces children to the sport of sprint canoe and kayak in a fun, safe, team oriented environment! This program is run by certified coaches and focuses on teaching the FUNdamentals of paddling and training. Athletes work to develop a foundation for movement skills, coordination, balance, and teamwork.
Athletes paddle in a variety of sprint boats, progressing from beginner to more advanced boats and more advanced training. Practices include a variety of developmentally appropriate exercise activities. Paddlers are encouraged to participate in local regattas. It's always the best part of the season!
